Rev. Christopher A. Craig, pastor of Prince of Peace Parish in Madison and Most Sorrowful Mother of God Parish in Vevay, and chaplain for Father Michael Shawe Memorial Jr./Sr. High School in Madison, appointed administrator pro tem of the Church of the American Martyrs Parish in Scottsburg and St. Patrick Parish in Salem, while continuing as pastor of Prince of Peace Parish, Most Sorrowful Mother of God Parish and chaplain for Father Michael Shawe Memorial Jr./Sr. High School.

Catholic Community Center: 

  • due to the latest guidelines, given to us on Friday, Nov. 13th, the Catholic Community Center is open only to employees. We are hoping this is only temporary. With the increase in Covid Cases in the county and state, we have been asked to close temporarily. If you need Father Chris, please call 812-801-5799. 
  • We appreciate the continued financial giving to the parish through weekly envelopes and Online giving. 
  • Masses are broadcasted LIVE from our Facebook page, Prince of Peace Catholic Church (Holy Spirit is the profile picture) on Tuesday evening at 5:30, Friday Noon, and Sunday at 10 AM.
  • Fr. Chris has asked that all parishioners PLEASE update their email and phone numbers. He would like the parish office to contact all parishioners with current information. You can find cards at the entrances of Prince of Peace and St. Patrick. You can drop them in the collection basket, the locked box on the wall of the Catholic Community Center
