Curriculum
All students must take a minimum of eight (8) classes each semester. Regardless of a student's religious tradition, all are required to take Religion as an academic subject for every year they attend Shawe.

GRADING CODES
S = Satisfactory
U = Unsatisfactory
P = Pass
F = Fail
I = Incomplete
W = Withdrawn
Students who receive an Incomplete will have two weeks to complete their work. If work is not completed, the Incomplete will be changed to a failing grade.

Honor Roll status is based on a student's grade point average each quarter.

Emergency Closings
Emergency closings will be reported on WORX-96.7 FM., The Madison Courier's Courier Connection (265-3620) and the local Louisville Television Stations.
