CONCERT BAND

Students learn through practice and performance. Contemporary music composition and history are incorporated within each piece the students rehearse. Skills such as leadership, cooperation, self-esteem, friendship, and respect are practiced and encouraged.

MUSIC HISTORY & APPRECIATION

This course is a study of musical elements through theory, history, culture, society, and music business. This is a hands-on learning opportunity. Units include music videos, music in culture, music of the ancient world, and more.
