In today’s second reading, St. Paul thanks the Philippians for being willing to share in his hardships and promises that God, in turn, will fully supply all their needs. Our God truly cannot be outdone in generosity.
Trash Bags will be sold after the masses today by the eighth grade students to benefit their trip in the Spring.
Respect Life Sunday will be observed locally today. Live roses will be available after masses (any donations support our parish Pro-life/Birthline Ministry.)

The Prince of Peace Ladies Organization annual Salad Luncheon will be held on Friday, October 24th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Pope John Cafeteria. The cost per ticket is $7.00. Parishioners will be called however; anyone wanting to donate a salad can drop off his or her item at the Pope John Cafeteria starting at 7:00 a.m. on October 24th. All donations are welcome.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! The Prince of Peace Ladies Organization earned over $1300 at our Chautauqua Bake Sale this year. Your generous donations of homemade baked goods and candy gave us a record profit. This fund raiser gets better every year but we couldn’t do it without you!
BINGO HELP NEEDED! We are in desperate need of workers for the parish bingo on Thursday evenings. Bingo supplies approximately $40,000 toward our budget. Without it our budget will suffer. If you could help us, please give me a call.
