Student Ambassadors Are In Classrooms!
 Our student ambassador program has officially kicked off!  Our fifth and sixth grade ambassadors made their first classroom visits.  While in their adopted classrooms, they displayed their information boards which tell their students the lifeline for the month, a personal quote, and "all about me" pages.  The students have been challenged to complete a family connection sheet that is focused on the lifeline of empathy.  We hope to get everyone in the household involved!  Students have also been challenged to complete their own "all about me" sheets so that their ambassadors will have information about them as well.  Be looking for both of these sheets in Monday folders.

We are partnering with Hanover College once again and hosting practicum students in grades K-3.  This is a wonderful opportunity to share our students and teachers with Hanover College students who are pursuing a career in education.  Dr. Roberts will be meeting with our faculty  to plan the visits which will take place on Tuesdays.

We will have our first Catholic School Management site visit this month.  Our focus for the year is on all types of communication.  We are in a four year cycle with CSM and have learned so much from our coach already!

Our PTO is planning the annual Pope John Bazaar for Sunday, October 3rd.  Please mark your calendars for a day of fun, food, and fellowship!
