Greetings to each of you!  Now that Labor Day is passed, it is time to start thinking
about Religious Education, both for your elementary age students, in grades Pre-school through
8th, and for yourself.  This is held in Pope John School.  This coming Sunday, September 13, we
will begin our program.  Registion will begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by a meeting with the parents.
Classes will begin at 9:15 a.m. and last till 10:25.  All elementary students attending local public
schools are expected to attend this program.  At the same time, we have topics that are of
interest for all adults.  Hope you will stop by and see how they are - those who attend find them
very enjoyable.  If you have any topics you would like for them to discuss, just let one of the
facilitators know and we will work it in, if it is at all possible.  We do have the topics planned for
September.  They are:  Sept. 13:  Meeting for Parents - begins at 9:45 a.m.
                                         Sept. 20:  Eucharist - The Source & the Summit
                                         Sept. 27:  Hidden Keys to Loving Relationships - #4
                                                             The communication method that
                                                              increases intimacy and understanding
                                         Oct. 4:  Bishop Sheen - Love is Eternal - "The
                                                              Touch of Your Hand"
