Pastoral Associate Joe Seaver offers individual and family counseling utilizing a family systems approach.  This method addresses problems by changing the way a system works, rather than trying to "fix" a specific family member.  When viewing a "problem" through the lens of seeing problems as problems of a system , rather than to label an individual member of a family, or school, or what have you, as the "problem," many times Joe prefers to work with the entire family system, or, the school system, or----whatever systemic context is called for given the circumstance.
